"Beautiful workmanship," the goldsmith murmured to himself, holding up his newest acquisition. He flecked off some rusty crusts from the edge, and then burnished it with a thumb. "'twill be a lovely set of jewel settings you'll make. Fit for a lord. But still, it is a pity to be spoiling such fine detailing."
"Not t'worry," growled a voice behind him. "We'll be helpin' wi' that."
