The O.C First Round by Lifeinwords. A missing scene set in Luke's car at the end of The Model Home, which just goes to show that fighting really is sublimated sex. When it's teenagers, anyway. Sizzling.

The O.C Penguins Do It, Too by Shoshanna Gold. Seth/Ryan future-fic, Ryan POV, with cute Seth-voice. Sweet.

The O.C. A Bruised Road by K. A story which covers a lot of ground in terms of Cohen family dynamics. Seth and Ryan on a road trip of a sort, Ryan POV, an Angry Young Man tempered by Seth's complete acceptance. There is wonderful characterisation of everyone in this story, original characters included.

The O.C Circle by Laura Smith. A character PWP. Seth stream of consciousness in which he counts things on his fingers, and then, er, uses those fingers. Hard to explain without giving too much away but it's, you know, Seth. Thinking about Ryan.

The O.C. War Profit by Molly. Ryan, Seth, an AP English class on the Beat authors, a substitute teacher, Summer, and Seth's big mouth. Witty Seth POV and hot, hot Ryan. I love him when he gets all protective. Summer's pretty cool in this too.

The O.C. Go Lightly Down by MollyTM. Seth/Ryan but with a focus on Kirsten and her relationship with Sandy which is an unusual POV in this fandom and just lovely, really. Wonderfully in character, funny and cockle-warming.

The O.C. Crime and Punishment by Zahra. Gen, but with UST, oh yust. Seth/Ryan of course, set after the episode 'The Escape'. Ryan fades away, Seth pines and there is much guilt. Cute Seth POV, complete with babbling and comic-book references. Grounding never looked so good.

Everwood A Summer Story by Elizabeth. Ephram POV of How He Spent His Summer, but then Bright does something unexpected. Great sarcastic Ephram, woeful Amy, warm Dr. Brown and dumb Bright. Delia's cute too.

Everwood Falling Is Like This by Miss Windy. A Bright/Ephram (and I refuse to let this become my OTP, despite all temptation) story from Bright's POV about friendship becoming something else, carefully undefined.

Everwood Errata by Punk Maneuverability & Tiffany Rawlins. 'It's hard to do this one-handed.' Sharp Colin/Ephram story with bright teen dialogue and sweetness as well as a pointed ending and a meaningful and thoughtful theme. Ephram POV but I especially liked the way Ephram's dad is treated.

Everwood Dark by Moonwhip. My OTP is Ephram/Colin, darnit, but this here is Ephram/Bright. 'He didn't really feel like crying'. Ephram POV with a focus on the different facets of Colin. Sad and desperate.

Smallville Thebes by Hope. A historical AU set in ancient Egypt and a brilliant play on canon. Amazingly researched and detailed, cleverly plotted and one of the most sensual stories I've ever read. And, ooh, there's a historical name drop that made me laugh like a fool. Go. Read.

Everwood The Pick In The Ice by lifeinwords. Part of the Everwood Flashfic Challenge. Bright/Ephram and a relationship told backwards. How two entirely different people might find something in common, and whether it can be enough. Sad, sweet and true.

Smallville The Last Outpost by Wendi. A Dances With Wolves like historical AU about Lieutenant Alexander J. Luthor and Falling Star, an Indian Boy. It's a lovely fable, and at the same time Wendy keeps it real with lots of teasing details from SV canon. My favourite part, though, is the difference (from canon) in the way Falling Star reveals his abilities.

Smallville The 'Identical' Series by Lanning Cook. A furiously plotted series that sings with Kent characterisation and a cockle-warming Lex/Clark relationship.

Smallville eve by Moonwhip. Chloe and Lana discuss menstruation. A sweet and teasing little character study. Yummy.
