In an alternate-universe 1920s America, Los Diablos is the blood-drop ruby that is the jewel of the West Coast. Its underworld long been ruled by one family, Los Lobos, but along with changes come challengers, and the newest family head is forced to send to his infamous cousin El, who's taken refuge in Mexico.
